However, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If there's an issue with the item you received, we're here to make it right and ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@guardiastore.com. If the issue is due to our fault, kindly take pictures of the defective or incorrect case and attach them to your initial email, along with an explanation of the problem.

Please note that we only accept returns for defective items. We do not issue refunds if a reason for returning the item is not provided or if the item is sent back without contacting us first.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original payment method used when placing your order.
